The Govt. DID activly, not really publically or admittadly though, fund
research like this. Read up on CIA MKULTRA, psychological warfare and
torture, NIMH too maybe (Nat. Inst. Mental Health back in the 60's, with K).
They had many goals for drugs, one for a truth serum, one to induce
paranoia, confusion or inability to confess (LSD was thier top choice), and
at the top of their list, a euphoria drug that had no bad side effects,
addictions. theyused combinations of narcotics and stimulants (goofballs) to
induce insanity or confessions.. then they stumbled across LSD, PCP, and
other more obscure pychotropics.. agents dosing unsuspecting agents, friends
and familys at parties and anywhere, at first for research, then later just
because..
Your Tax Dollars at work.. well probly your parents since few of you paid
taxes 40 years ago.
