well it's pretty obvious if you have your eyes open that the
underprivileged races in America are incarcerated at a much higher rate...
For an example of a racist policy, crack carries about 10 times the prison
sentence of cocaine, even though they are the same molecule... poor blacks
tend to smoke crack and rich white kids tend to snort cocaine...
