I think whenever a new flavor of idm pops up and gets pig-piled by all the hangers-on its up to us to weed through the pre-fab copy cats and find the artists that truely innovate and music that's worth paying for...

i still don't completely understand what broken beat/west london/etc is... (any comps that show off this style or real stand out artists?)

I keep finding myself with at least one old industrial album in my play rotations (skinny puppy, FLA, TKK's first album, etc), i keep trying to find newer acts in this vein, but they all just remind me why i stopped in the first place...
