Shallow Grave?! You mean th the horror/pornflick with the chick who gets
raped and takes revenge on her attackers? I didn't know anyone else had
ever seen it . . . A friend's dad had it stashed in the back of his sock
drawer when we were 13 and we watched it while his parents were away in
complete, abject horror. Nothing puts the fear of god in a boy like graphic
depictions of emasculation.
Anyway, gotta agree with you on City of Lost Children. One of my all-time
favorite films. And The Reflecting Skin still unnerves me just thinking
about it.
Anyway, my contribution:
City of Lost Children
Delicatessen
12 Monkeys
The Kingdom I (Lars Von Trier)
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Twin Falls Idaho
Willow
