Kim's not a her, he's a him.
He's arguably best known as being the founder of Silent Records, a label
that was responsible for bringing lots of great ambient/experimental music
to North America, before his sale of the label and the subsequent
mismanagement sent it down the crapper.
While I'm not that familiar with his recent work, I understand that it's in
the "microsound" area of things.
