I think there are more changes of dynamics in eg. 'Second Bad Vilbel' (off
'Anvil Vapre') or 'Vletrmx21' (off 'Garbage') than anything on 'ep7'. I
know they're not off any album (ignoring re-packaging), but I hope you
weren't being that literal!
'Second Bad Vilbel' is probably the more clear cut example, where it falls
back to that single burst of noise and then off towards silence on several
occasions, but 'Vletrmx21' has massive swells in volume too (maybe
perceived volume of various frequencies, I dunno...).
I'll be honest that I haven't heard any of 'ep7' since I sold it, which
would've been in 99, so my memory may be playing tricks on me. I just don't
remember any lulls at all, and consequently no punchy bits or climaxes.
