well.....I am glad that someone has realized that listening to a 74min.
Autechre album from top to end is an impossible task (without starting
skipping after track 5) .
With all the respect I have for Autechre ( just the most clear example)
their album are far too long , and I am more than happy that some artists
are keeping it on a reasonable lenght that will possibly allow us to
listen to their LP all the way through. And maybe , like in the old times,
even play the entire thing again .
If you then think that an album has to be value for money, I would think
more about the quality of it rather then the "amount" of music it contains.
