First of all, you're assuming that culture = region, which I would dispute.
Before you continue with this argument I think you need to define what,
exactly, you mean by "culture."
"Regionally invalid" is a pretty damn funny phrase, though.
Would hip hop produced in the South that doesn't sound like "Southern hip
