I second this.
I probably had close to ten different RDJ cds (including the Aphex Twinkie,
Polygon Window and Caustic Window cds) and liked two or three or four songs
from each of them.
Now with the ubiquitous cd burning technology and storage space at my house
at a premium, I'm going through my entire catalog and slimming down by
making compilation cds and selling the originals back to the stores.
Every Richard D. James song I ever liked fits on two cds. Perfect for road
trips.
I've employed this technique with many other artists as well- Scorn, Jake
Mandell, Celluloid Mata, hell even the Smiths.
