I think VCs are pretty rare these days. Or if not rare, ready to invest in things that have nothing to do with e-commerce or dot-anything (although .tv seems on the up and up). How much money was lost investing in that company that sells women's underware online? Anyway, I don't think Dublab's exceptional archives would really mean anything to a rich man with a tight wallet. But there still is a small chance. There are two mailing lists in LA that are dedicated to web development and networking. One is called Web-405 and the other is called Goodtimes.
