Minimal techno like: twerk, sutekh, kit clayton, and safety scissors? Or "Artificial Intelligence" "resurgence" like: Electric BIrds, Matmos, or perhaps the new 606(P.S.) I would even venture to say that that the cex track " rjyan kidwell's funeral" is a little on the "Artificial Intelligence" resurgency tip. Not to start another off-topic thread, but I think there's some really valid stuff out there that started the 'IDM' movement, and that it shouldn't be dismissed. And there's a ton of new stuff that's in this vein that exploring new directions. I DO agree that there's no point in beating a dead horse by creating the SAME music over and over, and without a doubt the TB crew (et al) have opened up the scene quite a bit to a new crowd, but you have to remember that this all started (at least by some kind of consensus) with the AI stuff...............
