so I'm sitting here at my job...answering calls and
reading my email from the IDM list...and I get a
call...and promptly answer it "thank you for calling
the IDM help desk...blah blah" realize I said
that...guy says "huh?" sits there quietly...I correct
myself...yep.........i thought it was funny...
