A lot of vaporware is Daniel Lopatin's fault, IMO, so it's semi on topic. The Chuck Person / Games / Ford&Lopatin material was kind of the first VHS-fetishist cough syrup music to break out.
It's not bad, exactly, but it feels very shallow to me.
