in the words of plone, "press a key". listen hard(ish). do you like the
noise you have made? this is a difficult moment and one which we can't help
you with very much. it may help you to make a list of good noises and bad
noises before you start, which you can compare your new noise with. if you
don't like your new noise we recommend you call it a day and go and have a
nice cup of tea, try again tomorrow. if however you do like your new noise
press some more keys (if you have a drum machine running at this stage it's
sometimes a nice idea to press the keys in time with the rhythm). keep
pressing keys until you hit upon an order of key presses which appeals to
you - congratulations! you have just written a tune! (or, more likely,
copied someone else's tune). repeat this a few times until you can be sure
you can remember the correct order of key presses."
