the best idm record i heard this year may very well _release_ by p.a.l -
it won't be considered idm as it came out on a noise label. same goes for
the voltaic album, and dryft's _cell_. i find it ironic most of the
interesting things being done in elextronics these days have nothing to do
with this list.
