honestly have no idea why Bjork would have any bearing on the man's solo records. no one weighs the merits of Matmos's or Matthew Herbert's career against their contributions to Vespertine or whatever.
baroque is not an unreasonable way to describe it. he's kind of a genius. I think the last record was "catchier" and the relative lack of identifiable "hits" on Mutant would be my only issue in not wanting to listen to it more than a few times...
