I like the new EP, and gets better as time goes, but for me, when I originally heard it I thought there was a certain warmth lacking. Not in the mood of the melodies but rather in the actual recording. It seemed more 'digital' and clean, less murky than I was used to. Almost as if the duo recorded the tracks into their shiny new G3's, and then proceeded to play around with the Orange Vocoder cubase plug in... but I dig it now.
