You can also do a fresh install of windows to get rid of the registry entry.
I don't think napster is banning IP's. If you have a non-static, dail-up IP
it doesn't matter if they ban your IP because you get a new one everytime
you log on. If you are on a cable connection you can often buy another IP
for $6 a month or something or just use a free dial-up service to connect to
napster
