i had a similar Bent Crayon experience that was just as bad. if customer service isn't your top priority then i won't be spending my money at your store. i switched to Skimo instead. They stock the same stuff and PJ is very nice and accomodating especially with customer service. Another great place is EarRational. Dave is very nice and gives you about twice weekly updates on the status of your order.
