I was skeptical about this 12", bit it's really grown on me. The remix of
"genie in a bottle" is genuinely funky and listenable. The others are all
fairly DSP'd out. Anybody have info on who is doing what on this release?
Paradinas, etc.? (for that matter, "Hrvatski?")
Tim Tetlow produces some fantastic music. He released a 12" last year, and
I hear there's a CD coming out with all the tracks from this release + 8
new ones. Quite a deal! His style is very well-done IDM, similar to BoC. I
know that's a pretty trite description, but if you just trust me and pick
it up, I guarantee you'll see that it's on the top shelf of the latest IDM
crop.
