I was directly behind these guys in the queue - I'm not sure quite what your problem with them is...
You get a few groups like them at every party queue,
acting noisy due to pre-rave high spirits/ingestion of drugs/being American etc.
There are more important things to get angry about.
The hat was kind of stupid though.
