Being one of those upstart labels your talking about I can give you a
simple answer from my perspective. Did you stop to think that maybe people
like myself love the music and that's why they start a label. Why is it
"not good for (the) scene" to try and find (and promote) new artists? What
do you suggest?
we just wait for warp and ninjatune to find new artist for us to listen to?
mabye i'm missing your point but one day you'll wish there where more
upstarts around.
