Yes. Moby, Orbital and Aphex Twin (joined at a few dates by Vapourspace).
'twas an amazing show except for Moby. I was glad he played last so I could
leave and not miss anything important.

No, The Bip Top was one of the two big "electronica" tours that happened a
couple of summers ago. This one was called the NASA Tour or something like
that.
