Thomas Brinkmann - Empty Bottle 2000
if you can fill the dancefloor at the empty bottle, i give you mad mad mad
mad props. the chicago smartypants scene needs to loosen up and shake a
booty
also i have to shoot out some experimental jazz props to my boys Bablicon
who are currently touring England and Germany. they put on a great live
show, kind of a fusion of captain beefheart, soft machine, george gershwin
and karlheinz stockhausen ... go see it if you're remotely interested in
experimental music. but don't expect shoe-gazing chin-strokers because
these guys like to have a good time on stage.
