i don't know, but it sounds an awful lot like beck... perhaps he sampled
himself during production and found the sample as funny as you (and i!)
do. i know i've heard other people sample it, too, and i've gone like "hey
that's beck!".
i like the barely heard sample in autechre's "recury" that goes "i'll be
alright". it fits in quite well with the "disintegrating nature" or
whatever of said track.
or maybe the "bollocks" sample in boc's "pete standing alone". nah, i like
the ae sample more.
