[idm] Vocals in spacious minimal stuff...

I made a vague enquiry earlier on IDM, but I'll lay it out more explicitly and see if I get some responses. I love Kit Clayton's track on the Plug Research compilation 'Voices in My Lunchbox'. Some guy singing in a half-assed, notes-begone manner with some reasonably opaque lyrics and a typical Kit Clayton backdrop. Likewise, I really like the track 'Code' by Panamerican, which has the singers from Low harmonising away on top of a minimal, dub-influenced track. The vague conclusion I'm coming to is that what I like about "indie" vocal styles fits with what I like about more minimal downbeat electronic music, and am itching to hear more. Anyone have any suggestions? TIA, Michael np.
