With a SoundBlaster Live Platinum, MP3 -> MD (and vice versa)
transfers is a piece of piece. The LiveDrive II has optical in/out
sockets. At least, the European version does. I read something about
the earlier (possibly current) US editions don't. Anyway, simply
connect your MD player up to your SB Live optically and away you go.
That's how I do it anyway.
