MD is the way to go if you want to you it for other applications. But
for just playing MP3s - check out one of new discmans that play the
actual MP3 file on a regular data cd. No more converting them to wave
and them only fitting 13 on a cd - now you can fit hundreds (hours or
music) on one CD and listen to them wherever. I forgot the link - they
came out awhile ago...but search on zdnet.com - the article and link to
the company was on there.
