i saw a blurb about it somewhere. $40US i think? if your soundcard actually has Digital in/ouputs, so it's kind of pointless. i like it for the 'RW' factor. i can play the crap out a track til i'm sick of it, then delete it later on. and when recording, i don't necessarily have to have "a full album" ready [CDR]. another thing, the keyboard input. *very* useful. without it, i don't think i'd like it as much. recording / editing is much easier than the tiny buttons and twiddly knob on the unit itself. (: titling tracks / discs is a lot faster too. bye Edwin Wong [suction@home.com]
