has any one checked out the noise cancelation headphones. The cancel out
any noise outside the phones by doing a phase flipping thing. I forget
exactly how they work but they do work. I've talked to people who have used
them on airplanes and swear they don't hear the plane at all. The phase
flipping thing doesn't effect the music...just the noise. I think they go
for $175 or so. ther eis a switch on one side of the phones so you can turn
on/off the cancelation function to hear the difference.
a luxury item perhaps. but if you travel a lot they'd probably be worth it.
