I have volume 2, which has a few classics on it, such as valley of the shadows, the touch, terminator, but also a few dodgy tracks.

Yeah, if you think squarepusher invented madly chopped up breaks then you need to look at some early jungle. Some of that stuff is seriously fucked about with. Tommy did step it up another gear though, and added a lot more to the basic jungle ingredients.
