Actually, 4/4 can't be 6/8 -- unless you are willing to be such an ambiguity
lover to also think that "Hi there" means "Hit here".
-- no no. you can view the first and last sets of 3 in a 6/8 measure as sets
of 2 beats,
.. actually better said, you can look at the the 4 beats in 4/4 as 2 sets of
triplets, or 6/8,
because each quarter note is worth 1/3rd of a half note, make any sense? it
can be interepreted if not written on a staff those two ways. If youre
listening to the music, you could interpret it as 128/128 or 1/1 just as you
could call it 4/4. See what I mean? Its all in how its written.
