There was "Party" by Van McCoy & The Soul City Symphony (Yes, the same folks responsible for "The Hustle"), whose only lyrics were "party!", over and over again. From 1976. From the Greatest Hits record. Readily available at a used record bin near anyone. That song, though, is most notable for the intro which kicks off with this strange coy woman asking "Get on down... and.... party?".
