My favorite ambient artists are people like Steve Roach, Robert Rich, Alio
Die, and Oöphoi. With the exception of Oöphoi, who died a couple of years
ago, they're all still making great music. Most of their music tends to be
more texturally oriented than melodic, although there are exceptions. Here
are some recommendations.
