hmm... well the worst design that i've seen recently is the beta bodega
CD. sure the music is good, but what the hell are you supposed to do with
all of those pieces of packaging. maybe you could argue that it's
innovative, but i think it's mostly just a pain in the ass.
said it before, but i think the best design i've seen lately is the leaf
stuff that i've picked up (eardrum remixes, inv sdtrks IV). nice to see
them put some time into those sleeves instead of just throwing the records
into plain white.
something i've been meaning to ask: did the morrmusic version of pop loops
for breakfast have the hidden track? that being a great cover of natalie
imbruglia's "torn". the charizma CD has it, and i was just wondering if it
had been added for that release.
