well i don't really hear a mess of talk about the man ,Thomas Newman.
the guy who should have won the best original score golden globe and
oscar
for his American Beauty masterwork, but he's been doing electronic style
scores for years. the Desperately Seeking Susan score is a great example
as well as Real Genius and Men Don't Leave. all great scores that
incorporate
loads of 80s ass electro. but he's so versed in so many different styles
that
the electro stuff is only the tail end of it.
and then theres always the Faltermeyer (everybody say Beverly Hills Cop
yall)
