you can either buy the impulsetracker stereo wav-writer, which of course
handles every .it absolutely properly, or you can do the usual
scam and download modplugplayer <

and use it to save as wav, of course modplugplayer doesn't handle
retrigs or some effects as nicely as it2.14, so it's all up to your
choice.
do you want to support the creator of impulsetracker & get the
tracks out absolutely correct, or are you into messing around
with other programs which don't support IT 100%.
