Yes indeed. The KLF were never known for being easy to pigeonhole, so much
of their output verges from being supercatchy pop tunes(Justified and
Ancient, What Time Is Love) to outright strange(just try the Pet Shop Boys
12" from 1990 w/the KLF Trancentral remix-like being trapped in a UFO
during takeoff IMO). They even released their millennium single back in
1997, it was called "Fuck the Millennium" if I remember correctly. But I
have to agree on the Chill Out platter, mostly feckin´brilliant and on my
all time top 10. If you can get Space then get that as well, goes well
with Chill Out. And while I´m at it, can any of the old-schoolers on this
list please explain what Trancentral is/was. Was it some sort of club or
just a name for their studio?
