I don't like this CD at all. Much of his previous records have this rich, emotional charge that pulls me in. Martians and Spaceships however feels detached, cold, dull and lacking any kind of cohesive structure. Feels like a bunch of tracks thrown together..... and the tracks aren't that great either (the Debussy track is technically interesting, as I'm assuming the entire piece was sequenced on his Powerbook) but otherwise.... *yawn*.
