Agreed, on both accounts! I have to add in on this......
I can imagine John is busy....in the past I have ordered from him...
just try patience first, or give the email message some special name in BOLD
and ALL CAPS....
Still, PJ is hella cool.....he actually allowed me to return something(and
lets not make this a habit), but because he did, it definitely made the
entire transaction more personable.......and prolly the next time I order
on-line....it will be from him.....
