just realized my new panasonic dvd player won't play any of my CD-Rs. of
course, this is mentioned in the manual with the list of other more obvious
formats it doesn't like, such as PAL discs, Divx, and cd-roms. is this all
dvd players, or just panasonic's?
anyone understand the technical reasons, behind this? if my old cd player
recognized the cd-rs as music discs, why does the dvd player think any
different? after all, it does play music discs.
time to break out the discman or burn all my cd-rs to minidisc. damn!
