Jeff is correct. Shantel is indeed Frankfurt-born Stefan Hantel.
On 'Higher than the Funk' Shantel enlists the help of vocalists
Liane Sommers and Andrea Palladio as well as co-production
assistance on a few tracks by Richard Dorfmeister.
