No, when they wrote me the message about allowing a few days, they said they
had my record for me and that they would cash my check and send my record in
that aforementioned few days. To me, 96 days is more than a few.

That's the address I've been mailing. He's apparently a very busy person, but
even so, months go by before he ever responds to my emails. It's all in all
very disappointing.
