I'm a big fan of OST as well... OST/Rook Valard has a few other cd releases out on the Phthalo label: . Rook Valard: Systematic Desensitization cd (Phthalo) . OST: Live @ Static cd (Phthalo) Plus there are previously unreleased Rook Valard tracks on the Alt.Frequencies vols 2&3 compilation cds. I hear that there are upcoming OST cds on the Dial, Phthalo, and Worm Interface labels so more is on the way!

Kit Clayton has an excellent experimental album released on the Phthalo label under the his 4mod3 guise called A Moment of Simplicity that is probably a lot like what you heard at his live show. There are also promos out now for an upcoming live Kit Clayton release called "Live @ CCAC 3/11/99" but i dont know what label this one will be out on. It's also in the freeform experimental style which you described. The bottom line is Kit is a very versitile producer that can produce excellent music for both the floor as well as the davenport!
