phoenecia and richie ran late (partially due to my inability to navigate through south central la and hollywood :), but moreso due to necessary trips on the way to the venue and traffic) -- got there at like 9:15ish.. did a small sound check.. and if i recall, alex/lexaunculpt was on pretty fast. but then again.. i was tired as hell. comments/suggestions to public space can prolly be sent to lynn@greengalactic.com.

public space has done seating evnts in the past.. and in fact, it was an emphasis for a while i think.. to promote a more concert like atmosphere. i could be wrong though.. again. but, if i recall, there were seats at the spooky/ben neil show, as well as at the phthalocyanine/low res/john tejada show (was that the right lineup?)

more impressive than devine? next time you see alex, tell him that. he'll be stoked! (for me its a tough call.. i liked the noisey chaos and intensity of richards set.. but hell, ive seen alex like 10 times, so i guess i am all too familiar with him) chris.
