Hmmm, yes, I can imagine... Does this law still hold good? Has it
(ever / frequently) been applied? How does it get proven or
measured? How many beats must be repeated before it becomes
illegal? Totally Spinal Tap-ish concept, isn't it?
Sheesh !!! The mind boggles. This is more oppressive that what
