Don't buy Technics RP-HT300. I'm battering a set at the moment and they're
not bad, but I'm not too sure about the build quality. I bought them last
year and the right driver appears to be distorting a bit already (probably
blown it!), and the padding on the band is coming off. Not nearly as good as
my old Sony MDRCD50s. They were damn near indestructible and a goshdarn
/bargain/ at a mere GBP20 (USD32). I managed to blow them eventually, but it
took a whole three years. Anyway, the Technics were around GBP50 (USD80).
