something from way back, i used to spend 4mths at a time in a remote field station & would have changing cabin-mates each time. w/out fail, listening to Julie Cruise *floating (?) would make everyone fall into a nice, blissfull sleep. I think she does alot of david lynch soundtrack stuff. anyway, it works on my kids too! ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: (idm) music that lulls you to sleep Author: "henrik str:mberg" <hest0015@student.gu.se> at AWT_INTERNET_PO Date: 7/19/98 8:12 PM well, i'd suggest something by eno - music for airports, thursday afternoon or the third cd off the instumental box perhaps... juno reactor, luciana (inter-modo) silence, silence (fax) plastikman, consumed (novamute) a bit dark, perhaps boards of canada, music has the right to make children fall asleep (warp) maybe some of biosphere's later stuff, but that could give her dreams... hs ______________________________ never explain, never apologize
