That last consonent is a 't' I believe.
I'm not entirely sure what it means, but I think it is related to
'Bloodclot'
an insult of some sort in rasta terminology.
Find a copy of the jamaican movie "Rockers." Its all in patois, but it has
subtitles,
thus you can learn more new and interesting Jamaican phrases to confuse your
"baldhead" chums.
