This crappy xerox cover might be a print out of the PostScript format
tracklisting that was on the old hyperreal rephlex page a while back.
This postscript file had just a plain-font listing of the track names and
when you cut it out it would fit into the slimline CD case that the
original came in (complete with dashed lines where you were to fold).
